What to do now that Linux Mint 19.2 is end of life
Running an end-of-life release means new vulnerabilities in the kernel, browser libraries, and system packages stay unpatched. The next supported step is Linux Mint 21, supported until Apr 30, 2027.
Point releases (for example 22.1 to 22.2) are offered in Update Manager. Moving to a new major version uses the mintupgrade tool once the Linux Mint team announces the upgrade path.
